Mindfulness-based stress reduction is an emerging field within mainstream health care, developed over 25 years ago by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn and colleagues at the UMASS Medical School's Stress Reduction Clinic.

This workshop utilizes intensive training in mindfulness meditation as the core of a program to teach people how to take better care of themselves and live healthier and more adaptive lives.

The program includes an educational orientation, medium-sized group format, individually tailored and supportive instruction and a deliberate shift in behavioral habits and patterns that enhance health and well being across the life span.
Duration: 2 hours/evening


Dates: Thursdays 6PM-8pm
Cost:$395/8 week series-including set of CD's for practice and all course materials

Nanette Greene, MA, NCC and a graduate of UMASS Medical School stress reduction training, is a long time practitioner of meditation and wellness disciples who has worked with teens and adults and has helped those who are chronically ill for 25 years. She has trained hundreds to reduce sress and regain a joyful, positive way of living.
