If you've never meditated and you don't know where to start, this class is for you. Meditation is an extremely powerful technique with enormous benefits. Many researchers and doctors now recognize the positive effect meditation has on the body/mind/spirit. Learn to move past the obstacles and enrich your soul. We will explore many different meditation techniques - including breath work, guided meditation, mantras (sound), yantra (sight), and slow motion movement - and combine them into a personalized program that works for you.
