What the Animals Taught Me ~
Holistic Health, Healing and Joyous Living!
Cathy Wells, Animal Communicator
Session 1: Holistic Nutrition - more than opening up the bag
From the holistic point of view, our health and the health of our animals depends on 3 factors: Nutrition, Nutrition, Nutrition.
In this 2 hour class- we begin to unravel the mysteries of our animal's nutritional needs and take a look at realistic alternatives to commercial foods as well as evaluating the commercial foods available to us. We will also have an in-class demonstration of how to make a quick, tasty and nutritious meal for your cat and dog.
Session 2: Vaccines: time to paws and think
In this session we will examine the history behind vaccines and why we give so many to our animals today. Are they really contributing to keeping our animals disease free? Many holistic vets believe they are in fact contributing to many unhealthy side effects and cause other health issues. Are there alternatives and if so what are they?
In the second half of this 2 hour class we will also look at other holistic tools used in both preventative and ongoing treatment including flower essence remedies, essential oils, acupuncture, acupressure among others.
Session 3: Energy Healing and Animal Communication
In this 2 hour class we will explore the fascinating world of energetic connection with our animals. We are all programmed to connect energetically with each other and all beings. If you have an animal friend, feel free to bring a picture of them showing their face (one animal per person please). If you don't currently have an animal, there will be animals waiting to share with you.
